I came to this restaurant by reference. The food was good and the service was great. We came for my son's 21st birthday and the came out to sing and celebrate him. The waitresses was excellent! She kept our drinks filled and the did was good. My son enjoyed his birthday dinner.
From the moment we walked in it was an incredible experience. The waterfalls,the koi fish and welcoming staff. The host was very nice and seated us quickly. The server was friendly, funny and on point. All the staff was awesome. The chef was great and has an great sense of humor. What a show!The food was cooked to perfection.Was my granddaughters birthday and she was spoiled. Was presented with a lollipop bouquet. Thanks for all the hard work y'all do to make it an awesome experience.
Fantastic food, big helpings, steak and shrimp are the best. Awesome, fresh sushi options. Kids love the show the chef's put on. Great place to eat and enjoy time with family or friends. Best clear soup in town.
Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere across the board! The sushi was exceptionally flavorful! The staff were very attentive and pleasant and the waterfall and colorful koi greatly enhance the authentic Japanese atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!
My first time here but certainly not my last. Excellent location. The atmosphere is very nice albeit a little crowded. The service is top notch. The food {d was awesome. Best hibachi I have had in Jacksonville. I highly recommend. Still very good. The water feature is a bit much. It's so noisy you can't have a conversation.
This was a great experience. I went here for the first time and received more than I expected. The servers were friendly(some should smile more but that's another story) the chef/cook was hilarious he made sure we were having a good time and enjoying the show as he prepared the food. There were some beautiful koi fish when I first entered the building. The atmosphere is just enjoyable. The food portion was more than I expected as well. Overall a great experience, great food, very fun activity for a date, family, friends and kids as well.
12-12 update was there three times since last review 5 month update 1-6-23 great food....delicious Staff were friendly and professional. Our Chef was so fun! Food was absolutely delicious!! I've been to other Hibachi restaurants by Orange park area and Gate Parkway. I truly enjoyed my experience here. Usually, I have more people in my party. This was the first time my party (3) was grouped with strangers (2 sets of couples). They were friendly as well. I'll go back again.
The service was amazing, the cook was personable and fun- my 2.5 yr old loved him! Food was delicious and we will definitely be back!
